anyone heard of the man who created MINITURE SCULPTURE CARVINGS do you know where exhibition is?

vici asked the question:

i went to his exhibition when it was in bath a few years ago but would love to go again

the carvings were so small that he had to learn to control his breathing to create them
they fitted on to a pin head and were things like horses and eifell tower

thank you for your help

Wow! I’ve seen a guy who does tooth pick sculptures & carvings! Can’t even emagine the nightmare of tring to put the ones your talking about on display.

Love is a choice not an emotion, Pandora

Check online with ABCNews.com Good Morning America had him on this week. He uses fly wings and waits for between heartbeats to make the sculpture and paint them.
Yes, I heard of him, no I am not sure of the schedule. The website can lead you to more info. Thanks.

His name is Willard Wigan and he makes micro-sculptures. He was certainly exhibiting his works in April (maybe the exhibition is still there} at the Mailbox, Birmingham, England, opposite the Art Lounge.
If it is closed, the curator there would give you more info on where he is showing now.
